Multiple Unit Turnovers

We completed multiple second-turn unit turnovers throughout this building, working across a variety of unit layouts ranging from bachelor suites and one-bedroom units to three-bedroom, two-bathroom units.
The scope of work included full interior painting of each unit, with one or two coats applied as required to walls, trims, and doors to meet turnover standards. Comprehensive caulking was performed throughout the units to ensure clean lines, proper sealing, and a high-quality finished appearance suitable for new tenant occupancy.

Moving Room Refresh Project

This project involved a full refresh of the building’s moving room area to improve its overall appearance and consistency with the main lobby. The scope included the supply and installation of new white ceiling tiles, repainting of the exposed metal ceiling structure, and repainting of all walls using colors matched to the lobby specifications.
Additionally, existing baseboards were removed and replaced, and the elevator frame within the space was repainted to complete the refreshed and cohesive look.

Partial Unit Renovation

This unit required a partial renovation based on the client’s specifications. The scope of work included kitchen refacing, removal and installation of new baseboards throughout the unit, and installation of new vinyl flooring in accordance with customer-approved specifications.
Bathroom upgrades included a new tub surround installation and full bathtub reglazing. The project was completed with two full coats of paint applied throughout the unit, delivering a refreshed and updated living space ready for occupancy.

Private Residential Renovation

This private residential renovation involved both structural modifications and interior upgrades. The project included the construction of a new interior wall to create two separate rooms, selective wall demolition, and removal and installation of new vinyl flooring.
Additional work included door frame and door installation, construction of a kitchen island, and installation of 24 recessed pot lights to enhance lighting and functionality throughout the space. The renovation was completed to meet the client’s layout and design requirements.
